She loves walking alongside people in their struggles and equipping them to move towards freedom. Believing that authenticity and awareness are the keys to change, she seeks to provide a safe space for people to be real and take off their masks.

Katy works with women in all stages of life, including adults and adolescents. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, body image, eating disorders, spirituality, life transitions, and career exploration.

Although she was born and raised in Virginia, Katy has fallen in love with Knoxville. She loves working out at the YMCA and believes health and wellness are critical to emotional healing. She and her husband Casey love trying new restaurants, traveling, and cheering on the Vols. Katy would be honored to work with you.
