Kathryn will receive her M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Johnson University in early May. She is under clinical supervision and will be working toward licensure as an LPC. She works with women ages 14 and up. Kathryn implements an integrative approach to personalize therapy to the client’s needs and goals. She is trained in EMDR and utilizes complementary trauma-informed, evidence-based models such as Internal Family Systems (IFS). Kathryn's clinical focus is on trauma, abuse, anxiety, spirituality, relationships, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Kathryn has lived overseas and speaks Spanish conversationally. Kathryn desires to create a space where clients feel safe to come as they are and feel empowered toward growth.
