Stuart earned a Master of Arts in Counseling from Richmont Graduate University in Chattanooga, TN with specializations in trauma therapy, sex therapy and Chrisitan spirituality and is trained in EMDR.  Also a graduate of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Stuart served for over 20 years as a licensed and ordained pastor before becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor and Mental Health Service Provider.

Stuart has a passion for helping persons resolve their spiritual conflicts and heal wounded heart issues. He also takes joy in helping others learn to live out of their God-given identity.

Stuart and his wife Ellen have been married for over 44 years and are grateful for their 3 adult children, their spouses, and their 6 grandchildren.
