Elizabeth Sullivan is a counselor in supervision working towards her licensure in Tennessee. She received her M.A. from Richmont Graduate University. She enjoys working with individuals and couples. Elizabeth has experience working with people who are navigating life transitions, or experiencing grief, loss, anxiety, depression and trauma. Elizabeth approaches therapy with a focus on building skills in emotional awareness and regulation to equip and empower individuals as they face challenges from day to day. Elizabeth enjoys hearing people's stories and struggles because she believes God has called her to sit compassionately with people in whatever state or circumstance they're in. She believes having a safe place to be seen and valued can make all the difference in a person's life.

Elizabeth was born in the US, but spent the first 10 years of her life living in Moscow, Russia. Elizabeth has had opportunities to travel and live in many different countries in Europe. Her mobility has allowed her the unique skill of being able to connect with people of many different backgrounds. In her free time, Elizabeth loves hiking, reading, trying out new recipes, painting, and traveling.
