I am a Knoxville native who loves The Lord, my family, friends, and the Vols of course. I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee Knoxville, and am currently pursing a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Lincoln Memorial University. I have a deep love and genuine concern for all peoples. I find myself especially compassionate towards adolescents and young adults. It is my aim as a professional to meet each and every client where they are in their life situation, providing them with a safe space to process and to feel truly seen and heard. In working with any individual, I take an integrative approach incorporating Person-Centered, Strength-Based, and Cognitive Behavioral techniques.  The core of my counseling philosophy is relational. I believe people are wounded in the context of relationship, but they are also healed within it - first with a relationship with Jesus, and second in fellowship with others. I am committed to providing a place of refuge fulfilling the call from the Apostle Paul in Romans 12:15 of rejoicing with those who rejoice and mourning with those who mourn.
